Katherine (Kathy) Lai MS EAMP FABORM

Katherine (Kathy) Lai, L.Ac, Dipl. OM, FABORM is a licensed acupuncturist and board-certified herbalist working at Glow Natural Health Center in Madison Valley and West Seattle locations. She is a graduate of Bastyr University with a Master of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She is also a fellow of the ABORM (Acupuncture Board of Reproductive Medicine.) She completed training in various clinics and hospitals in Washington state as well as overseas in Beijing and Shanghai, China. After completion of her studies, Kathy worked in an integrative clinic in Chicago, IL alongside chiropractors, functional medicine doctors, nutritionists, and fertility specialists to co-treat patients. Needless to say, she is a strong team player and welcomes being part of your healthcare team.

Her main areas of focus are pain management and fertility support/women’s health as well as having experience in treating anxiety, stress, and insomnia.

She is passionate about educating and providing an individualistic healthcare plan to all her patients via acupuncture, cupping, guasha, herbal supplements, and lifestyle recommendations.
