Dear Patients,Writing a letter to our patients

I am writing to offer my sincere apologies for the lack of stability in our naturopathic division over the past year.

As many of you know, Glow was founded in 2001 by two naturopathic physicians, and naturopathic medicine has been a core part of our clinic ever since. Dr. Candace McNaughton was with us for the majority of that time, joining the clinic in 2001 and serving our community with extraordinary dedication until her untimely passing in 2024.

Dr. McNaughton’s passing was entirely unexpected and created a profound loss for our clinic, our team, and the many patients whose lives she touched. It also required a significant transition within our naturopathic department. In the time since, we have worked to rebuild that division, but there have been changes along the way as some physicians ultimately chose to pursue other paths rather than make their long-term home at Glow.

I know that this lack of continuity has been frustrating and, at times, disruptive to your care. For that, I am truly sorry. Our twenty-year history prior to this period reflects how deeply we value integrative natural medicine and the role naturopathic care plays in our patients’ health.

As part of strengthening this department and improving the continuity of care for our patients, we are also rolling out Charm EHR for all naturopathic patients. All other services at Glow will still go through Jane.

Charm will allow us to offer a more streamlined and secure experience for both patients and providers. Through the patient portal, you will be able to access your visit summaries, lab results, treatment plans, and secure messaging with your doctor in one convenient place. The system will support online scheduling, allowing you to book and manage appointments directly through the portal. Our goal is to make communication clearer, record-keeping more consistent, and your overall experience with our naturopathic team more seamless.

Please know that we are actively working to strengthen this part of our clinic. We are continuing to recruit dedicated physicians and develop the systems and support needed to ensure stable, high-quality care for our patients. Our commitment to integrative medicine — and to the community we serve — remains as strong as ever.

Thank you for your patience, trust, and continued support during this time of transition.

With gratitude,

Lindsey Lawson MS EAMP FABORM

Clinic Director
