I’ve been practicing acupuncture since 2011, offering personalized care across a wide range of health concerns. My work includes fertility and reproductive health, women’s health, pain management, digestive issues, autoimmune conditions, and nervous system regulation.
I am board certified through the American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine (ABORM), and support individuals and couples trying to conceive naturally, as well as those undergoing assisted reproductive treatments such as IUI and IVF. My fertility care includes working with conditions like endometriosis, PCOS, diminished ovarian reserve (DOR), and primary ovarian insufficiency (POI), with a focus on providing steady, compassionate support throughout the process.
I also work extensively with patients navigating menstrual health, perimenopause and menopause, chronic pain, gut health concerns, and complex or chronic conditions. Treatment plans are individualized, with an emphasis on helping you feel more regulated, resilient, and supported in your body.
My approach is gentle, safety-focused, and trauma-informed. I practice through a Health at Every Size (HAES) lens, creating a respectful, collaborative space where your lived experience is centered and your care is tailored to your needs.
