I am writing to inform you that, for personal reasons, I will be leaving Glow Natural Health. My last day will be April 24th. It has been a true privilege to participate in your care.
For continuity of care, Dr. Colleen Hayes will be taking on your naturopathic care. Dr. Hayes, a Bastyr graduate, is an experienced and talented naturopathic doctor. I trust her to provide compassionate care.
Your medical records will remain confidential. If you choose another provider, at your request, these records will be sent to another provider. Please connect with the front desk for any assistance.
