Young-Me’s name is pronounced “yung-mee,” like the young version of her as opposed to the old version, Old-Me. : )

Trained in trigger point, myofascial release and Swedish massage, Young-Me enjoys blending treatment massage with relaxation. Because she has personally experienced improved function and relief of chronic pain through touch modalities, Young-Me hopes to facilitate similar experiences by bringing focused intention, thoughtfulness, sensitivity, gratitude, and honor to each of her sessions. Young-Me loves the intellectual puzzle aspect of massage therapy as well as its heart of supporting a safe, healing space for people.

Having grown up in six different states in the U.S. as well as overseas, Young-Me is happy that here in Seattle she has finally stayed for more than 5 years in one place. She looks forward to working with you in this beautiful state of ours!
