To provide more consistent and personalized care, we are shifting from a single appointment scheduling model to a care-plan focused model. This means:
- You can add yourself to the waitlist at any time.
- When you are called off the waitlist, you’ll be offered a series of pre-scheduled appointments through the end of your personalized care plan.
- Your care plan will be designed based on your massage referral and recommendations from your massage therapist.
- Once your care plan is complete, you may be added back to the waitlist for future needs.
Please note: A valid massage referral must be on file to be considered for scheduling through medical insurance.
While you wait to begin your massage therapy care plan, we encourage you to explore our chiropractic and acupuncture treatments, which are equally effective for pain management and overall wellness. Most major insurances cover acupuncture, and sessions can include cupping or light Chinese-style massage techniques. Many patients find these treatments provide significant relief and complement their health journey.
Exciting news: We’re expanding our team in June, which will open up additional availability for massage therapy appointments. We’re also actively hiring massage therapists to further increase our capacity and reduce wait times. Your patience is deeply appreciated as we work to bring you better access to the care you need.
