Gabriella (Gabi) Illi

Gabi is a massage therapist originally from Minnesota who takes a whole-person approach to care, focusing on each client as an individual rather than simply treating an injury or diagnosis.
She believes massage can be a space to slow down, reconnect with the body, and feel truly seen and heard.
Her goal is to create individualized treatments that support relaxation, natural healing, and an overall greater sense of comfort and well-being.

Before becoming a massage therapist, Gabi spent eight years serving in the U.S. Navy.
Her background in athletics and experience as a player with the All-Navy Women’s Rugby team have also shaped her understanding of movement, recovery, and the physical demands placed on the body.
After transitioning from player to staff with the team, she worked alongside their athletic trainer at the 2025 All Armed Forces Women’s Rugby Tournament, providing post-match treatments to support recovery and help relieve soreness from both new and lingering injuries.

Gabi is excited to work with a wide range of clients and is especially happy to welcome those navigating fertility and prenatal care.
She brings a thoughtful, individualized approach to every session and strives to create a treatment experience where clients feel comfortable, supported, and cared for.

Outside of massage, Gabi enjoys playing rugby, baking, reading, and spending time outdoors — especially near the water or in the mountains.
