Directions & Parking: From I-5, take the James Street exit and head East up the hill. Take a left on Broadway. Take a right on Madison. Drive approximately 1 mile. Our office is located at 27th Avenue East in the building on the right side of the street above Essential Bakery. There's street parking, and designated spots located in the garage under the building off East Mercer Street.

Laurelhurst

Our second office is in the Laurelhurst neighborhood—near University Village.

Directions: From I-5, take exit 169. Turn onto NE 45th street and head east toward the University of Washington. Follow NE 45th street past University Village where you'll take a right onto 36th Ave NE.

Our naturopath and chiropractor are providers for most major insurance companies. Our acupuncturists and massage therapist are out-of-network providers. Please call to verify your coverage. PIP and L&I claims are always accepted.
